- Our brand name components suppliers are also available for service and support with regards to support, parts, and onsite services right in in the U.S.A.
- Since we use only world class brand name components and we leave the original manufacturers' part model and numbers on the components, our customers can easily Google these parts up and find them from competitive local suppliers.
- Nothing on our product is proprietary to us, so you don't have to worry about relying on and over paying to a single source supplier! To name a few, we use only HSD spindles, Delta electronics, Allen-Bradley or Schneider Electric electrical components, etc.
- As a precaution, we also stock spare parts as well such as controllers, Axis and I/O boards, bearings, sensors, control panel operating buttons, and other miscellaneous parts for our customers' convenience.
All new and existing customers have 24hrs access to our Customers Portal for documents such:
- New Owner's Manual providing delivery, installation, maintenance, safety guidelines
- General Operation Manual and How-To instructions incase your originally trained operator(s) are no longer with you, or the trainee(s) forgot how to operate the machine.
